Refund policy

If there is an issue with your product please let us know within 14 days so that we can take care of you. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Custom items are not eligible for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, please contact us at contact@prairiecityapparel.com, BEFORE you return the itemIf your return is accepted, you will be given instructions on how and where to send your package. In the event you decided to return an item you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and expenses. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions, etc.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

After doing all this, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@prairiecityapparel.com so that we can help you!

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@prairiecityapparel.com and we will give you further instructions on where to send your item to.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item so that we can make sure you are taken care of. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
